PROFESSIONAL WORK

Proposed Adaptive Reuse

Produced for NewStudio Architecture (St. Paul, Minn.). Documentation of existing conditions, proposed schematic planning for the adaptive reuse of an abandoned industrial building in St. Paul, Minnesota. The proposed changes are minimal, reflecting the light industrial programming of the building’s anticipated next use. I was involved in drawing and 3D modeling the existing building - an amalgamation of structures and additions ranging from the 1930s to 1970s. I was also involved in early schematic design discussions and diagrams.
